The whiteboards quickly became a favorite tool in the classroom. During lessons, students eagerly grabbed their boards to solve problems, share answers, and check for understanding in real time. This hands-on approach made learning more interactive and allowed me to see right away who understood the material and who needed extra help. It created a more engaging, collaborative environment where everyone could participate confidently.\r\n\r\nAnother powerful change came from providing morning snacks. Many of my students come to school hungry, and having snacks available made a noticeable difference in their focus and energy levels. Once their basic needs were met, they were more attentive, motivated, and ready to learn.
