What a meaningful way to start the year! \r\n\r\nThe students have been so happy to have nice variety of healthy snacks for snack time instead of left overs from lunch others did not want. They love the whole-grain Cheese-its, Goldfish, Graham crackers, and breakfast bars to name a few. Most of all the students who do not come to school with snacks, often the students who get free or reduced lunch which is more then half of our students, love to be included now at snack time. To see the happiness on their faces when they come into the nurses office to pick their snack and hear their happy comments makes this project so rewarding.\r\n\r\nStudent really do love the snacks. They have said \"thank you so much\" and really appreciate everyone's kindness.
