They analyzed their moves with the Chess Strategy for Beginners book, spotting mistakes and learning in a new way.\r\n\r\nThe students were thrilled when they saw the new gear. The Compact Sets mean everyone can play without waiting. The digital clocks added a professional vibe, with kids excitedly testing settings like bonus and delay. One shy student said, \"Now it feels real. We can train for tournaments.\"\r\n\r\nOur dedicated players are studying endgame tactics using the \"500 Chess Puzzles, Mate in 4, Advanced Level\" book. We're launching the AHS \"Puzzle Masters\" Challenge, where they'll solve puzzles, record solutions, and explain their thinking to peers, building skills and confidence.\r\n\r\nBeginners will focus on completing a scored game, using the new sets and Beginners book to guide and reflect on their moves.\r\n\r\nThank you for giving our students tools to grow in chess, critical thinking, and friendship.
