The kitchen has been the most popular thing in the room. Some students had never played with puppets and it's been neat to watch them make up games for the puppets. I have filled the sensory tables with kinetic sand and beans. The play silks have already been a wide variety of pretend things, including the night sky, wings, a cape, the forest floor and many other things. \r\n\r\nI've loved watching my students expand their imaginations.
