Its design is a great space saver in our smaller classroom too. It allows for more room on our rug and recess/play area. \r\n\r\nWe use the board every single day for a variety of uses. I introduce our site words each week. The wipe off board allows me to write how the word would be spelled phonetically, and how different it compares to the tricks in the word that we have to remember by heart. \r\n\r\nWe also play our three strikes in your out game with our trick words. \r\n\r\nDue to it being so low to the ground, my students don't struggle reaching it. I use it for a lot of class participation. Instead of just verbally answering, the students get to come up to the board and write it on the board or pick the card, etc. \r\n\r\nThe bottom bins are great for my storage of Heggerty that we use every single day. I also store my early finisher games for easy access and play on the carpet. I love that it can be easily moved too whenever I need more room or use for the board. \r\n\r\nThank you for one of the best gifts every classroom can have!","fullyFundedDate":1755203226062,"projectUrl":"project/dry-erase-on-the-go/9403777/","projectTitle":"Dry Erase on the GO!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Rommes","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9587471_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1723918293165","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9587471"},{"teacherId":9892702,"projectId":9051116,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous support in helping us bring a whiteboard table into our first-grade classroom! The excitement on my students' faces when they first saw the table was truly priceless.\r\n\r\nThis has already become a favorite spot in our room. Students couldn't wait to dive into the magical world of Harry Potter and start building together. These sets quickly became a favorite part of our learning space—not just for play, but as tools for **creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking**.\r\n\r\nOver the year, students used the LEGOs to inspire writing projects, build scenes to support reading comprehension, and even tackle STEM challenges. They practiced following complex instructions, problem-solving with teammates, and expressing their ideas in new ways. For many students, especially those who sometimes struggle with traditional learning methods, this hands-on experience made a huge difference.\r\n\r\nThanks to your generosity, our classroom felt like a place of **wonder and possibility**. You helped create a learning environment where students were eager to engage, take risks, and explore their imaginations.\r\n\r\nWe are incredibly grateful for your support.
