I will never forget the looks on their faces when we had classroom \"unboxings\" so that they could see all of the great things that were so graciously donated. So many looks of excitement, but the question I heard every time a box was opened \"Can we use it right now?\" Hahaha! I am very blessed to have such excited students! \r\n I have been able to do a variety of new things! We have added a musical theatre curriculum thanks to now having a piano and microphone set in class. We have also been working on a small musical theatre performance for an upcoming event! I was able to hold auditions for this and found out not only do we have a large interest, but lots of incredibly talented students who I thought were on the shy side. I have also been able to expand my unit on puppetry and include many more styles of puppets! \r\n We have several things coming up in the near future. We will be holding a district-wide Theatre showcase in May, we have a Musical theatre performance this month, and we have many new units of lesson to get through. Everyday they just want to do book club at the end of day. \r\n\r\nFrog and Toad plushies are adorable. The students enjoy reading with a plushie. They fell confidence and ready to read. Many of our scholars never saw a Hockey stick. Their eyes and faces showed me a lot of excitement and happiness to see the new equipment. \r\nIn our Hockey unit, they are working on controlling small balls, passing and shooting at the goal. \r\nWe are working in every class on our Jump rope skills. Several scholars are getting better.\r\nFinally, during our freezing weather, our classes stayed inside and playing the new board games.
