Thank you so much for supporting my classroom. My students have been able to enjoy the light wands and the deep breathing owl so far this school year. The amazing aurora light covers and lights will be set up in our classroom this next school year. I am so excited for my students to have somewhere that will be welcoming and relaxing, so they can learn to the best of their abilities. These lights will help meet so many sensory needs. The breathing owl has already helped with a student who was feeling overwhelmed take nice slow breaths to help become regulated faster. With the long winters here in Alaska the extra calming light will help all who enter the classroom. These were a exercise in accuracy and persistence. Students had to color, cut and fold these correctly.
