My students are using the new resources every day during centers and small-group activities. One of our favorite activities has been practicing the letters of the week using dot markers and playdough. Students use the dot markers to trace and identify each letter, while also working on their fine motor skills. We also use playdough to form the letters, giving students a fun and hands-on way to practice letter formation. Watching my students get excited about learning their letters has been such a special part of our classroom. Activities that may seem simple have become meaningful opportunities for my students to learn, explore, and build confidence.\r\n\r\nMy students were so excited when they first saw the new materials! They were eager to explore everything and immediately wanted to get started. The dot markers and playdough have been especially popular. I love seeing their excitement when they realize that they get to use these materials while learning. For my students, having hands-on and engaging materials makes such a difference in their willingness to participate and try new things.\r\n\r\nOur next step is to continue practicing a new letter each week through fun, hands-on activities such as tracing, dot-marker activities, and forming letters with playdough. We will continue to provide individualized support when needed while encouraging each student to become more independent.
