The fidget items gave students a quiet, appropriate way to manage first-day nerves, regulate emotions, and maintain focus during lessons and group activities.\r\n\r\nThe self-inking stamps made it easy to provide immediate positive feedback for effort, participation, completed work, and respectful behavior. Students responded with pride when they received encouraging stamps, and this helped create a classroom atmosphere centered on growth and success. These materials also helped us spend more time on learning, communication, and life-skills instruction rather than searching for basic supplies.\r\n\r\nMost importantly, the project helped students feel that they belonged and that they were ready for a new beginning. They entered the school year with tools of their own, greater confidence, and a positive mindset. The plastic sleeves helped students protect and organize important papers, including job-related information, travel maps, schedules, evaluations, and personal records. Students learned that keeping documents safe and easy to find is an important part of being responsible at work and in daily life.\r\n\r\nThe pens gave students a reliable way to take notes, complete forms, write reminders, and participate in job-readiness activities. The presentation pointer helped students practice speaking in front of others and sharing information about their goals, interests, and future plans.
