The snack donations are being used as incentives for our PBIS system we have in place at our school. Students earn bonus points in their classes and throughout the day for demonstrating pro-social behaviors in four categories: Autonomy, Belonging, Competency, and Doing for Others. These points are used to \"purchase\" incentives. \r\n\r\nOur students were so excited to see the variety of options available for purchase with their bonus points! They appear more engaged and eager to earn points. We are seeing an increase in students' working together and helping each other in their classes.
