Students were truly excited and proud to have earned this experience by meeting their Accelerated Reader point and average goals. The joy on their faces reflected not only the fun of the celebration, but also their sense of accomplishment, showing them that their consistent effort and commitment to reading truly matters. This celebration motivated students to continue setting goals, working hard, and taking pride in their academic success.\r\n\r\nBeyond the excitement of the carnival, the impact of the AR program is clearly seen in students' growth as readers. Through regular reading practice, students are improving their fluency, gaining confidence, and strengthening their comprehension skills. They are becoming more independent readers who better understand what they read and can engage more deeply with texts. The AR program continues to foster a love of reading while building strong foundational skills that support academic success across all subject areas.","fullyFundedDate":1764728613680,"projectUrl":"project/turning-pages-earning-prizes-our-accel/9823123/","projectTitle":"Turning Pages, Earning Prizes- Our Accelerated Reader Carnival!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Staehle","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8792312_orig.jpg?crop=494,494,x0,y72&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1761262230425","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8792312"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_46459","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":926,"numTeachers":67,"percentFrplEligible":76,"percentAsian":2,"percentBlack":38,"percentWhite":15,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":38,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Pre-K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"13.8:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_SMALL"},"inStateSupporters":71.7,"schoolId":46459,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Allen Park Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Allen Park Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/florida/the-school-district-of-lee-county/allen-park-elementary-school/46459"}
