Portable Classroom Visualizer!\" The visualizer/document camera has been incredibly useful in my classroom for all students. The visualizer allows all students to engage with content through consistent, direct, visual modeling. This has been especially resourceful/supportive for my students who are English Language Learners and my students with disabilities. The visualizer allows for limitless ability to modify teaching on the spot. It creates avenues to model situations for students that would be insurmountable without the classroom visualizer. The visualizer allows me to model with students live, in person, with tangible objects. As a relatively recent college graduate, throughout my schooling, I never imagined that this would be such a vital and powerful tool within my classroom. Since the visualizer serves as a live camera, I can use physical materials in combination with online tools, simulations, etc. One of my favorite impacts of the visualizer is that I am not only capable of showing students what success can look like and how to get there, but moreover, I can provide an avenue for students to showcase their own success with others. Students' engagement in my classroom is consistently 100% - largely due to the increased accessibility of the content thanks to the new visualizer! Thank you for providing a key tool to students to support their confidence and success within my classroom!\r\n\r\nMany teachers are often surprised by my usage of what they consider 'old tech' - but what they don't realize - and I love showing them- is how impactful the visualizer can be with both traditional usage and newer style usage. When I share with students that teachers are often surprised I use one, and I ask my students how they feel about the camera/visualizer - do they find it helpful? Should I continue to use it? etc., their response is overwhelmingly positive. Many of my students came into the classroom without previous experiences with them. While they are plenty familiar with slideshows, pre-made videos, etc., they have not had the same level of live learning experiences - especially as many of them spent 2 years+ learning at home through a video (or simply spent 2 years without learning at all). Now, I recognize the usage of classroom visualizers has faced a decline - but with the recent push to get students back to paper/paper learning, I have found that the visualizer is a game-changing tool to support students. This technology has allowed students to learn to be confident in their skills without the use of additional technology. Many students started the year with great difficulty in what many adults would consider/expect to be a simple task for a 7th grader, such as writing complete sentences, using capital letters, spelling, and punctuation... These are skills students have grown tremendously in with the help of the visualizer (even within a math and science classroom)! Thanks to your generosity, I can demonstrate live for students how to analyze a problem/situation, annotate, and respond. We are all very thankful for the newer positive experiences gained, thanks to your support. \r\n\r\nI am very excited to continue to explore new ways to implement the visualizer within my classroom. At present, I have explored and utilized the document camera to support student learning in a variety of locations within the classroom. The photos attached showcase different locations that the \"See anywhere\" document camera has been used, in addition to modeling how students have showcased their work to the class. \r\n\r\nThank you again for your generous contribution to my classroom!","fullyFundedDate":1756079343865,"projectUrl":"project/see-anywhere-portable-classroom-visuali/9619446/","projectTitle":"See Anywhere!
