The Calming Corner quickly became an essential part of our daily routine, giving students a supportive environment to pause, reflect, and self-regulate when they feel overwhelmed.\r\n\r\nTools like the Hugimals, sensory items, and mindfulness visuals have helped students develop healthy coping strategies and a stronger awareness of their emotions. Many students who once struggled to manage stress are now able to independently use the space to calm themselves and return to learning more quickly and confidently.\r\n\r\nAs a result, the classroom environment has become more peaceful, focused, and compassionate. Students show increased empathy toward one another and are better equipped to handle challenges both academically and emotionally.
