My Project

Part of our Social Emotional Learning has included learning and understanding The Zones of Regulation. These books all come highly recommended by school counselors, behavior specialists and other educators who are working with students around the world. Each book can be connected to a lesson in the curriculum and can help supplement what the students are learning.

These books will help students learn more about their emotions and BIG feelings, while adding meaning and fun to our learning!

By learning about The Zones of Regulation, we are able to teach students how to identify their own feelings, adjust their mindset and continue their day ready to learn at school!
