My Students
Is there anything better than having your own space in a classroom? My students come from living situations that are often chaotic and crowded. I want them to have a space at school that is all theirs. I am creating a homework/mailbox station for them and we need the bins for them to house their materials and a couple of small bulletin boards to keep their smaller materials in envelopes.
My students are hardworking and they love school and I want to make it a special place for them.
My Project
These colorful organization bins will give my students a place to store their own materials such as homework as well as receive their notices from the school. It will help them learn to be organized.
The first flannel board will have envelopes attached to it to house smaller items including their running sticks from the daily exercise program.
The second flannel board will have organization tips and will serve as a basis for daily communication of homework and announcements.
My classroom is an exciting, fast moving, creative environment and it is important to have an underlying organization to it all.
