My Project

Students with behavioral challenges often struggle with self-regulation, motivation, and maintaining consistent expectations in school settings. Research shows that positive reinforcement can significantly impact student behavior, especially when interventions are proactive and engaging. Currently, our school lacks sufficient resources to implement a robust PBIS incentive system that is inclusive and impactful. A lack of consistent, appealing rewards makes it difficult to sustain student motivation over time.

By providing a variety of rewards, including a prize vending machine and other incentive-based tools, we aim to make positive behavior reinforcement both fun and effective.
