Help me give my students the ability to see what their organs are made of so they understand structure and function.
FULLY FUNDED! Dr. George's classroom raised $791
This project is fully funded
My Project
Senior human anatomy students with an interest in medical or stem professions will learn science skills by looking at different tissue types under the microscopes. It is vital for an anatomy class to be able to use a microscope to see how cells function in the body. Students learn what the cells look like in tissues, as well as lab safety.
I teach human anatomy to students in very rural county in Georgia.
These students are working diligently to complete high school, some will be first generation high school graduates. These students need experiences in science to inspire them to continue their education and give them confidence in their academic abilities.
More than half of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
