My Students

Eager to learn, playful, caring, thoughtful, and intelligent are just a few of the words I'd use to describe my classroom of learners.

My classroom consists of 16 amazing students that come to me from Floyd County.

I do my best as their teacher to provide a safe, caring, learning environment where they feel free to ask questions, explore, and most importantly learn and grow. I hope to give my students a solid foundation upon which to build more knowledge and strength of character.

My Project

DOING is what cements ideas and concepts in our minds and to help engage my students every day, we need a variety of ample manipulatives. STEM bins with objectives and visual prompts will inspire my group of small scholars to be innovative and think critically.

Wobble cushions can be used for students who need help to stay focused yet still need to move during small guided reading and math groups.

Children deserve the best of the best because they are the solvers of today and tomorrow's problems.

Manipulatives lend themselves to use in any subject area and can be used for a variety of hands-on activities! I appreciate your time in reading our request!
