The only person you are destined to become, is the person you decide to be. -Ralph Waldo Emerson
Our students are hard working, caring, and always love to help despite coming from a low income area, diverse backgrounds and dual language learners.
However, many students are at risk.
They have worked hard to make significant gains in their academics and our campus is working hard to give them every opportunity to develop their full potential in all areas of life.
Ukuleles are such a fun and easy way for young students to begin learning and loving music! Our amazing but economically disadvantaged students will love getting the chance to learn to play and be amazed at how quickly they can play a song using ukuleles.
By donating to our project you will be helping students develop a love for music at an early age as well as helping to increase their fine motor skills and musicianship.
Students from as young as Kindergarten to 6th grade will have opportunity to experience and make music with these instruments. Music is a wonderful way for children to express themselves in a way that they would have never thought possible through this donation!
