Young Minds Need Creativity and Supplies to Help Them Grow

Help me give my students a classroom set of supplies to grow their learning and imagination!

FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Keserich's classroom raised $177

My Students

My students may look small but they have HUGE imaginations and eargerness to learn. They come to school everyday ready to open their minds to new ideas and topics. They love to explore in their own academic journey. They express their thoughts and feelings through drawing detailed pictures and sounding out words to make brilliant stories.

Now that it is time to go back to school, I am starting to stock up on school supplies for my kiddos.

Simple things such as pencils, glue, and crayons can really add up and some families may not be able to afford to get their student the supplies they need. I want everyone in my class to have the same opportunities and experiences in our classroom, whether they can afford supplies or not.

As a second year teacher I still am trying to get myself organized and grow a stash of things I will need throughout the year for my students. Starting from the beginning can be very pricey. With the help of this donation you will be helping not only me, but my spunky and amazing students as well.

My Project

There are many different ways that my students will be able to use these supplies! They will be able to use the white boards in small group and also whole group so students are able to write/solve their answers while in different parts in the room. The crayons can be used while making crafts or posters to display group or individual work. It will also allow students to put their creativity in their work and make it their own. Students will be able to explore in many ways.

With these supplies and materials we will be able to make our learning multimodal.

Students will get a hands on approach to their learning. They will be able to take their learning into their own hands and really imagine and create while they explore new topics. Although these materials may not seem important or necessary to some, I believe by having the opportunity to express themselves in different ways through their education will expand their learning significantly.
