My Project
Becoming a young woman is something every teenage girl will experience. This project will ensure that females have access to pads, tampons, panty liners and other feminine hygiene products during school that would otherwise not be readily available to them. Dealing with unexpected needs for period pads is a very common and embarrassing issue for young ladies.
In recent years the cost of feminine hygiene products has risen and for a lot of girls, hygiene products are not always available.
As a trusted female teacher, I want my young ladies to feel empowered and not ashamed of becoming a woman. Being able to have these period products will put my female students at ease to know that they are available to them at all times. Access to period products has an impact on learning loss.
Students already have a lot of barriers, not having adequate access to period products should not be one of them. Menstruation is not a choice and therefore we must do what we can to provide period products. Your donations will mean a lot to My students and I. I want to Thank You in Advance!!!
