Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Although my content is PE teacher, this year I was given an advisory class. Our classroom only has desk and chairs. I want to give our students and environment that makes them want to attend advisory and that sets a positive tone for their day.
I am requesting a clock that is visible to all students by relocating it as necessary when we have whole group activities and small groups.
With this clock, students can manage their daily routines such as breakfast in the class and iready practice. This will minimize the over prompting and make it more student centered.
A clock will also reduce student anxiety or worry as they will know what time the instructional block will end.
