This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are such hard workers and make good choices, and I really like to reward them with things. They get so excited when they get to pick a prize and they really work hard for it, so they deserve it. The prizes will spruce up what I have and are things I know my students will like. Their behaviors can effect their learning, so in my classroom management style, they earn tickets towards prizes, they have "desk pets" that if they keep them at their seat all week they can earn a bigger prize. So, with any donations I will be able to add on some more things for them to choose from and motivate them to keep making good choices so they can do their best learning!
