My Project

My students come from hard working families trying to make sure they everything their children need.

I would like to help my parents by taking the burden off them by suppling materials for their children’s basic needs at school.

I am asking for 4 cabinets to house the materials. I would like the children to be able to go into the cabinets anytime they need scissors, crayons, glue, etc.

I am also asking for items that will help with our stem stations throughout the year. Having hands-on learning means students are building, creating, discussing, and problem-solving rather than merely listening or reading.

PBIS stands for Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS). As part of our PBIS system, students earn Dojo Points for making good choices, having respect for all, being responsible, and academic development for each student in my class. Each week they must decide whether to spend their points on something small or to save for one of these Amazon gift cards. They will step up to the challenge to earn this incentive. These gift cards will help my students increase their engagement and participation which will help increase their success. This creates a positive learning environment and increases effective social and emotional development.
