Yoga Is For Every Body

Help me give my students a lunchtime yoga club - a space where they can de-stress!

My Project

My students love to come to the school library for special events, for brain breaks (puzzle tables, etc.), and just to chill out. This project would involve a once weekly yoga lunchtime club

We will use YouTube yoga classes, such as Cosmic Kids Yoga on the Smart Board.

Students will have the chance to sign up weekly for the class - first come/first serve.

I (the Teacher/Librarian, and a yogi herself) will facilitate the group. This activity will give the students a much needed break from the stress of their school day.
