My Project

Yoga is not just beneficial for older people, it is a great way to work on balance, strength and confidence with all of my Kindergarten through 2nd grade students. Students at a very young age can learn the importance of including yoga as part of their physical fitness.

Students will be excited to use these colorful and comfortable yoga mats during Physical Education classes.

The mats would allow all of the students a safe environment in which they would each have their own mat to use during yoga lessons. They will be able to freely move through a wide range of motions while remaining on their own personal mat.
