My Project
Throughout the year I have had to experiment with different movement activities to help my students get their wiggles out. None have been more effective than YOGA! I have a classroom full of little yogis. We have been educating ourselves and using the resources in our classroom to practice. I think we are ready for more.
We are ready to start reading books and practicing what we learn about yoga!
My students asked for Rocket Ship Yoga specifically. There were many more options for books, cards with poses, and finger mazes for kids to read and follow. These books and tools will be a great addition to our mindful classroom.
