My Project

I'm no longer just the music teacher. Now, I am the self appointed music and mindful movement teacher. After attending a transformative workshop over the summer called Breathe for Change, I am now a 200 hour yoga certified teacher and Social Emotional Learning Facilitator.

Equipped with a supercharged self image, confidence and ambition, I'm bringing these trauma informed, researched based practices to help lift our students up and equip them with fundamental life skills to grow into wellness champions.

These yoga mats will provide my students with a solid foundation (pun intended) to empower them on their journey of becoming amazing individuals. Help provide this essential tool to keep our children safe while practicing yoga in a nurturing environment, while also growing their hearts, body, mind and spirit.
