My Project

Yo Ho! Did you know there is a national Talk Like a Pirate Day? With this project, I will transform my first grade classroom into a fun, inviting, engaging Pirate Themed classroom! This project includes pirate stories, crafts, props, eye patches and even a non talking parrot!

My students will "sea" the classroom change into something you only see on TV!

This is definitely a core memory and hopefully something my first graders will remember the rest of their life.

Creating a fun and exciting atmosphere is very important to me.
