This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are amazing and they brighten up my day as soon as they walk through my classroom door each day. They live in the poorest district in the South Bronx. They contribute to every learning experience with vibrant and optimistic ideals that will win your heart!
My Project
The manipulatives in the learning kits will help my students with their rote counting, one to one correspondence and recognition of numbers. And the magnetic letters will help them recognize letters upper and lower case, letter sounds and writing skills.
The right tools to pave the way to academic success for my early learners.
My students will be able to focus on learning and preparing for kindergarten and becoming great scholars. With all that is happening in this world with this pandemic why not give them the materials to just stay focused on the positive side of this pandemic and having fun while learning.
