Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The materials I am requesting for my students already have a home! In other words, I already know how they will be used. I am using these materials to help me understand where my students are during the lesson. By having them answer questions using the white board this allows me to determine if I can move on with the lesson or go over more problems. This tool is very successful with determining how I progress through the lesson. This will not only benefit the students but it would help me as well! I can save time during class by visually seeing which students don't understand vs. the ones that do understand. I can pull small groups during class to go over the lesson with my students that need extra help. Using white boards are a true benefit to any classroom.
