Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My young students are a motivated, dynamic group of three to five-year-old special needs children. They are English language learners who love learning through hands-on experiences.

We are a magnet school housed in a lower-income, rural part of Las Vegas, Nevada.

My Project

Practicing letter formation will be a breeze. Students will be able to take these convenient, carry-along centers to and from school. As we get closer to Pre-K graduation we want to make sure that our students are prepared for Kindergarten.

Students will be able to work with these alphabet centers at school and then at home during their summer break.

Students will be able to practice learning the letters in their name and be able to write their name. Students will be able to use the stylus in a three-prong grip for correct holding of their writing utensils.
