This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My kindergarten students are writers! They are just starting their journey into the world of writing, whether it's through drawing, scribbling, or writing simple sentences. They are expressing themselves, telling stories, sharing ideas, and writing about new things they have learned.

My students are creative, hardworking, and have a lot to say.

My project is asking for supplies that we can use while drawing, creating stories, and making books about their lives. They like to draw vivid pictures showing who they are and what they like to do with their families and friends.

My young authors will be able to create books that they can keep with them as they continue in their journey of writing. The binding machine will be a great tool to help create these projects.

Moreover, as a teacher who travels from class to class, a sturdy bag that is easy to clean and zipper pouches will help me stay organized as we create amazing writing projects.
