This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These writing Boogie Boards would be the ultimate way to motivate students to write and participate in class lessons. These Boogie Boards will help us save so much paper. In kindergarten, we learn new letters, words, and math skills every week. Every day while learning, we have the students use paper to practice writing their words, letters, or practice their math skills. Other times we use white boards. Passing out these whiteboards also involves passing out a marker and eraser to each student. We go through so many markers made of plastic. In kindergarten this tends to take a long time, including the clean up process, dried up markers, lost caps, and missing erasers. Let's help the environment and use Writing Boogie Boards!
