My Project

I plan to use the notebooks to help increase student writing. With computers in the classroom, I have found that writing has decreased. My hope is that if every student has a notebook handy at all times, writing will increase. These notebook will capture a range of genres and will be used for multiple steps of the writing process.

Every child deserves the chance to be the author of his or her own story.

These colorful notebooks are just the first chapter. I am excited to see their stories unfold.
