My Project

In my classroom, I'm always amazed by the incredible creativity my students bring to their work. They have such unique ideas and a genuine enthusiasm for expressing themselves. However, I've noticed that some of them might have missed out on solid writing instruction, especially during the challenging times of the pandemic.

That's why I'm really excited about the possibility of getting a document camera for our classroom because I've seen firsthand how much my students benefit from real-time modeling when I write alongside them.

With a document camera, I can show them the ins and outs of crafting strong sentences, paragraphs, and essays, which is something they may have missed out on.

My main goal with this project is simple: I want to give my students the tools they need to become confident and skilled writers. By incorporating the document camera into our lessons, I hope to create an engaging learning environment where they can actively participate in the writing process. I believe this will not only improve their writing abilities but also boost their confidence and enthusiasm for expressing themselves through writing.

Ms. Chu will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by July 21.
