Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The LED doodle boards will give my students opportunities to practice new skills during lessons. As students practice on their boards, I am able to immediately see if they "got" the skill or if they need more practice or more instruction. Currently, students use dry-erase markers and whiteboards to do this, but the markers are expensive and are not good for the environment. The doodle boards will continue to give my students the practice they need while having less of a negative impact on the environment and on the school's and my resources. Plus, the student will be excited to use the colorful and cool boards.

I am also asking for two stools because I got two more students this year and there were not enough stools at two of the tables.

Wobble stools help students focus because it allows them to move and to supports their core strength.
