My Students

My little ones have just begun to write sentences! YAHOO! I want them to have colored papers and tape so they can make their own books. The folders and labels will help to keep them organized!

My little ones attend a Philadelphia public school in the city.

For many, our kindergarten classroom is their first school experience, and they are having FUN while learning! At this point in time they are beginning to write sentences, and they are very excited and proud to share their work! They like to "write away" the time during the day!

My Project

I know that when my kindergarteners see the brightly colored paper, folders, labels and tape in our Writing Area they will be eager to begin writing. Their little hands will get a few pieces of colored paper, tape them together, and get busy "writing away" a book that they will be able to take home to read with Mommy and Daddy!

Your donation will provide my little ones the opportunity to draw pictures, write words, and tape the pages together to make their very own book.

If they don't finish their "novel," they can keep it in their writing folder until the next time they visit our Writing Area to "write away" during their day!
