Help me give my students reliable tools to learn life skills. We need wrenches to fix leaking water carts and wobbly weight racks.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We were trying to fix one of our water carts the other day and had to use pliers to tighten the fitting. The pliers slipped and began stripping or rounding off the edges. We did not have the proper tools to fix the water carts. Daily use of pulling the wagons with water coolers across the fields leads to things wiggling loose and wearing out.
We need wrenches to keep our equipment in working order while teaching life skills to our student aides.
The weight racks get wobbly after use. The arms on the stationary bike loosen with intense riding sessions. With wrenches in hand, my student aides can help fix the equipment rather than calling someone else to do the job. Your donations will empower them to use tools, fix problems, and build a useful set of skills they can carry into adulthood. Some of my students are studying to be engineers. My favorite quote from an engineer "The more stuff I take apart and put back together the better I am able to engineer a solution." I want to give my students the opportunity to solve that "one more problem."
