My Students

I have an amazing group of students! They are curious, hard working, and love hands on projects. They are also super creative and willing to take risks. One of our favorite activities is pressing the pause button on "regular classroom learning" to take a break and get creative. Sometimes we play games, sometimes we paint or draw, and sometimes we dance around the room.

I have high expectations of my students and they come through.

This year has gone on hold, for obvious reasons. They are all now hunkered down at home, nervous, scared and bored.

My Project

Wreck This Journal is an amazing book of absurd, fun, and creative opportunities for people to explore the world around them. My students will be bored out of their minds during these uncertain times. This book will offer them creative, fun, adventurous, and weird ways to play, explore, and just be kids while they're hunkered down in their homes.

Kids are way more freaked out than grown ups are right now!

They need some "assignments" that will be fun, absurd, and opportunities to share their creativity with their classmates online. Wreck This Journal will bring smiles to bored, frightened kids. They will love it!
