This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

KSE’s Wraparound Services would like to assist students and families faced with ongoing challenges. Our families consist of multiple generations under one roof, striving to overcome socioeconomical barriers. There has been an increase in Student Assistance Forms for everyday essentials and food resources throughout the school year. The hygiene items will help promote positive self-care and self-esteem for our students and families. On-hand snacks will ensure that our kiddos have something on their bellies during instructional time. The resources provided through this project will be perceived as much more than essential household items.
