Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My 25 kiddos are 5 to 6 years old. They are vivid, adorable, positive, and motivated to learn despite many unfortunate circumstances. They all know the importance of learning! :)
They are very responsible and polite.
Everyday, we talk about good citizenship and go over the golden rule with a loud voice- “Treat others the way you want to be treated!”
100 percent of them receive free breakfast and lunch. However, it doesn’t bother their motivation to learn!

My Project
I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to teach for 17 years and going on my 6th year teaching kindergarten at an inner city school. My 25 kiddos are adorable, positive, and motivated to learn despite many of their less fortunate circumstances. What I really want to get for them are decent headphones for their iPads. Currently, 80percent of the headphones are broken and the ones that I purchased at a dollar tree store are of bad qualify and not functioning.
If they have good quality headphones, they would focus on their lessons on iPads without getting bothered by noise.(More than half of my kiddos use iPads without headphones and that bothers them even though I ask them to lower the volume.
It would mean so much to my 25 kiddos and me if I received your support!
