it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Who does not like to hear the words, "I am proud of you." "It makes me happy to see your progress." "I knew you could do it." These are some of the phrases I tell my scholars throughout the year, recognizing and praising their efforts and achievements. This creates in them a sense of trust in themselves. It motivates them to continue to achieve no matter the challenge they face academically.
As we approach the end of the school year, help me recognize and praise my scholars with medals and awards.
Allow me to show my appreciation for their efforts. Allow me to praise them as they receive a medal and/or award. Allow me to give them something to look back and remember that all efforts and achievement were not left unnoticed.
