Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are from a diverse background. Most of them live in poverty. Our school has 100% free lunch ratio. My students thrive on attention, which is something they don't always receive at home.

They love to socialize, do hands on projects, play ball, work on homework, dance and sing.

My students are so deserving of personal enrichment, personal growth and building their self esteem.

My students are kind, loving and supportive of each other. I would love to give them the world.

My Project

I would love for my students to research different topics. Having tablets for them to use will make that possible. They are looking for ways to give back to the community that supports them. They will be able to use the tablets to research Service Learning Projects.

I would love for my students to expand their minds using STEM snap circuits.

Over the summer, we had a business come and work with the students using Snap Circuits and they loved it! Unfortunately, when they left they took them with them. Having Snap Circuits here would help all of my students have hands on learning.
