My Project
At Cajon Valley, we work hard to ensure that we are helping to encourage happy kids in healthy relationships on a path to gainful employment. Help me support my students in exploring their RIASEC strengths and interests through exploration materials.
How can students know what types of careers they might be interested in if we don't help them explore their interests and strengths relative to their age and skill?
By creating exploration stations, my goal is to create time throughout the week where students can explore their interests through activities, games, and challenges and then using those experiences to reflect of World of Work and its teachings.
My students are hard-working and motivated, especially when their interests are brought into the picture. I hope to provide an exciting and creative outlet for students through these exploration stations that gives them time to also expand their social-emotional skills.
