Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These items will help my students explore the history of our world. Our school has a high percentage of students in poverty so this will help them tremendously in their academic success. Most of these supplies are too expensive for my students, so any donation will go a long way in helping them get the tools they need to succeed.

My students are finally back in the classroom after all the disruptions of Covid and I would like to get them the materials they need to fully take advantage of their education.

The yardsticks, rulers, erasers, markers, and colored pencils will help with our mapping and historical art projects. The dry erase materials will help with our jigsaws, discussions, and group projects. The charging stations will help my students stay focused in class by encouraging them to plug in their phones during class.
