My Students

My first graders are kind, creative, flexible, smart, funny, and enthusiastic!

These amazing little humans have not skipped a beat or given up, even with all the challenges of COVID-19.

They love learning and laughing. They are excited to come to school everyday and take on everything that 1st grade has to offer.

My Project

This project provides a classroom shared set of iPads with headphones, Multi Cultural books, and art supplies.

The possibilities that these 1st graders will be able to explore are endless, exciting, and motivating.

The iPads will allows student to connect to their individual needs, extend their learning, and connect to others

Teaching Diversity, Equity, Kindness, and Acceptance is the culture taught in my classroom. Discussing topics through books creates wonderful communication and connections with students.

A classroom full of supplies - paints, crayons, markers - is a Happy Classroom! Many of my students do not have the means to purchase their own supplies. Without the ability to have a community share area (COVID safe), our classroom runs short on art supplies.
