Help me give my students tennis balls to reduce the noise on moving chairs, headphones for iPod's for noise reduction, and a pencil sharpener for star student work!
Each and every one of my students is unique and has a unique need in the classroom. My students love learning new things, working hands-on, and interacting with one another. Each child in this classroom has the ability to do anything they put their mind to, and I plan to help them achieve any goal they want.
My students are so warm, happy, and loving you can feel their energy as soon as they walk into the room.
I will always make sure I do anything in my power to give them what they need in the classroom. They love to use their imaginations at play, read stories, dance, listen to music, and have a good time while at school. I just want to make sure my students always have the resources they need to grow into their best self.
My Project
Having tennis balls on the bottoms of our chairs and tables really helps with moving desks and chairs around the room. Sometimes we need to rearrange for specific needs and the tennis balls help reduce the extra noise tremendously. Another thing we are in need of is new headphones, the students also need these to help with extra noise, having good headphones for our iPods really help block out extra noise especially when the music is used as a calming tool. Another thing we are in need of is a good pencil sharpener, our students enjoy using pencils and colored pencils, but we have to go all the way down to the resource room for a good and quick pencil sharpener which is shared. We would love to have one in our classroom so we can incorporate this as a classroom job as well.
Having these materials will be such a wonderful boost for our classroom that will really help our students with noise and job skills.
