Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

"Work hard so we can play harder!" That is the motto that we talk about often in class! I want to teach my students the importance of making good choices and when we work hard, we can reap those rewards! Although many of my students did not attend preschool they have all worked hard on learning their letters/sounds so almost all are reading! This is my favorite time of the year because I can truly see my students begin their path into becoming readers, writers, and mathematicians! I am amazed by their motivation and eagerness to learn new concepts and ideas!

Please help me give my students fun prizes and incentives to continue to work hard every day!

The fun incentives like squishies, erasers, chips, fruit snacks and candy will all be in my prize box waiting for them! These incentives will encourage consistency with behavior, procedures, and routines. With your help, I can motivate students to be more productive because they will have a feeling of pride and achievement.
