This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am an English as a new language teacher in New York City who needs a table to have a work space when I pull students. This table will be in an ELA class and will allow for me to help keep students integrated within their class while still having the space to give them one-on-one and small group time that they need to succeed. This will prevent isolation of students, support community building, and be more efficient with our time as it would then allow us to pull within the class instead of moving spaces.
